Chapter 13
When creating DST look at the materials and programs you
have in your possession. Having a basic toolbox of materials assists in the DST
processes. Things in a basic toolbox could be a computer, movie editor, digital
camera, scanner, microphone, and editing software.
During the process, you will need the proper software. On
your computer, media- editing software, audio-editing software, and
image-editing software are necessary to produce a seamless DST.
I have used Audacity multiple times when I need an audio
clip. It is very helpful. It takes some time to get used to, but for the most
part it works quite well. Honestly, I haven’t used any other programs besides
the ones on my computer and the ones I download from cnet.com. I am
interested in the Photoshop because it’s something I am not currently using.
Getting into DST takes a while to get used to. By getting familiar
with the various programs, it helps make the processes smoother and faster.
For my story board, I created a Prezi. For the sake of having it up so I can get feedback, I didn't add any commentary. Please let me know what you think. Also, thank you for being patient with my posting's this week.

The story core is clear. The storyboard differs from the story map created in class. Perhaps a narration of your storyboard might have explained this. Please let me know what happened to the story map created in class which described the alignment with poetry.

ReplyDeleteI changed the story core from the previous class because my vision was unclear. When I created my original story core I wanted it integrate a story core with poetry integration. I couldn't figure out how to do that. I'm still working out something on the side just in case my original story works.
I apologize for not doing a narrative. I wanted to get something up so that I could get some feedback regarding what I have, especially since I lost an entire week.
I want to get out a clip by Sunday, hopefully, with the new story board. If I figure out how to put the original story together would I be able to change or is this considered final?
Hi Natty, I want to know more about what it is that makes the character realize she is better off. This will be the pinnacle moment, right? So what is she doing when she has this realization? Also, I hope this is not autobiographical and I hope you are feeling better :-)
ReplyDeleteNatty, I thought your Prezi was good in conducting what your story will be about. I like your idea! I changed mine too from that f2f session. It is good to have more think time.
